Every Marqee member is vetted, coached, and opted in to recruiter introductions — not scraped from a database. Membership unlocks the pool; you pay only when a candidate accepts your intro.
Not a scraped list. Not a job-board dump.
Every candidate you can reach on Marqee cleared three specific bars — that's the signal.
Verified & screened
Identity, work authorization, and role-target checked at intake. No fake profiles, no scraped résumés, no résumé-farm accounts.
Prepared for interviews
Every member has a Career Concierge tailoring their story, materials, and interview prep for the roles they want. What lands in your inbox is polished, not raw.
Chose to be found
Recruiter visibility is off by default. Members explicitly turn it on and can revoke it in one click. Everyone you see is actively looking and wants to hear from you.
Access to the pool, plus a fee only when a candidate accepts your intro.
Two components, aligned to outcomes: a monthly membership that opens the door, and a per-accepted-intro fee that only fires when a real conversation starts. You never pay for placement priority. You never pay for who a strategist recommends.
Three steps. From access to accepted intro.
Every step runs through consent and a strategist who protects the fit.
Apply and get verified
Independent and agency recruiters apply and are vetted before any access. That vetting is part of how we protect candidates.
Browse or post a role
See anonymized profiles of opted-in members — target role, comp, location. Or post a role that surfaces to matching candidates. No PII until intro is accepted.
Get introduced
Request an intro. Every connection is strategist-mediated: a real person reviews fit, the candidate approves, then PII is shared. Billed only on acceptance — you run the conversation from there.
The candidate is the client. Your spend can't change that.
A managed-search strategist sources and recommends roles in the candidate's interest. Their work is independent of — and auditable against — recruiter payments. No amount of recruiter spend changes who a strategist sources or recommends. That's structural, not a promise.
Represented by a strategist.
Sourcing, coaching, and recommendations. Independent of recruiter revenue. Auditable and documented.
Pays for access, not priority.
Membership + accepted-intro fee. Never for placement, never for a strategist's sourcing bias.
Pay for access. Pay when it works. Nothing else.
Access-based pricing is the clean model: a monthly membership for the pool and your included intros, plus a small fee only when a candidate accepts. Aligned incentives, by design.

Placement-success fee is optional and off by default. When enabled it stays behind the same firewall — never influences sourcing. In-house employer teams are on the roadmap; get on the list.
