Terms of Service.

These Terms govern your use of Marqee, your Career Concierge. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Marqee is a human-led career partner: a real expert finds roles, tailors your materials per role, runs recruiter outreach and referral discovery, and submits applications on your behalf — so you stop applying and start interviewing. Software quietly assists the work; people lead it. Specific services are described on our site and in your plan.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to authorize outreach and submissions through the controls we provide.

Plans & pricing

You can work with Marqee in four ways:

  • Free 48-hour Pro trial. A no-risk evaluation: up to 3 expert-submitted applications across 48 hours, at no charge.
  • Weekly plans (ongoing, cancel anytime). Basic $29/week (up to 20 applications/week), Pro $49/week (up to 50/week), and Executive $99/week (up to 100/week). Billed weekly; cancel anytime to stop future weeks.
  • Sprints (one-time, no subscription). Three prepaid volume packages: Launch $149 (250 applications, $0.60/application), Accelerate $299 (600 applications, $0.50/application), and Concierge $499 (1,200 applications, $0.42/application). A Sprint is a prepaid volume discount off our standard rate — commit to volume, save up to 72%.
  • Pay-as-you-go. $1.49 per application, with a minimum order of 50 applications (about $75) and no setup fee. This $1.49 is our standard per-application rate; Weekly plans and Sprints are discounts off it for committing to volume.

Add-ons can be purchased à la carte with any plan: Expert Résumé Writing $99, LinkedIn Makeover $99, and Interview Prep $99 — or all three bundled for $249.

Refunds & cancellations

We keep this plain and honest. Here is exactly how refunds and cancellations work.

  • When work begins. Your strategist begins work within 24 hours of your order. We notify you right before work starts, so you always know the moment the clock begins.
  • Full refund before work begins. You can request a full refund at any time before work begins, for any reason. If your strategist hasn't started, you get every dollar back.
  • The free trial. The 48-hour Pro trial is free, so there is nothing to refund. It covers up to 3 expert-submitted applications and is a no-risk way to evaluate the service before you pay anything.
  • Weekly plans — cancel anytime. Cancel anytime to stop all future weeks; you won't be billed again. The current week is non-refundable once work on it has begun, because a real person has already started applying on your behalf for that week.
  • Sprints & pay-as-you-go — re-rate on partial work. Once work begins, if you cancel partway, your refund is the amount you paid minus the applications already delivered, billed at our $1.49 standard per-application rate. In other words: delivered applications are charged at the standard rate, and the remainder of what you paid is refunded. This is how the prepaid volume discount works — you only keep the discount if the full volume is delivered, which keeps the pricing fair for everyone.
  • If Marqee falls short. If we fail to start your search on time or fail to staff it with a strategist, you get a full refund. The commitment runs both ways.
  • No outcome guarantee. We don't and can't guarantee a job, an interview, or any other outcome — hiring decisions aren't ours to make. What we commit to is the work: focused targeting, role-tailored materials, real outreach, and applications submitted by a person. Refunds are governed by the rules above, not by whether you receive an offer.
  • Acknowledgement at checkout. You acknowledge and accept this refund and cancellation policy at checkout before any charge is made.

Billing

Weekly plans are billed weekly and may be cancelled at any time. Sprints and pay-as-you-go orders are charged once, up front. All prices are in USD. Refunds follow the Refunds & cancellations section above.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to misrepresent your qualifications or to violate third-party platform terms.
