Most tracks earn a recurring 25% commission for the first six months of each referred paying member. Creators add a 60/40 template revenue share, and Coach Partners earn a co-brand margin or recurring share. Influencers earn a higher base plus a quarterly bonus ladder.
Commission triggers on a referred member's first paid week — not on the free 48-hour trial signup. There's a 30-day payout window, and commission is clawed back if the member cancels or refunds within that window.
Payouts are monthly via Stripe Connect once you clear a $25 minimum. You complete a W-9 or W-8BEN, and we issue a 1099-NEC if you earn more than $600 in a year.
No. Recruiters never pay to post roles or to reach members — money only ever flows on the member side. Recruiters earn by referring in candidates they can't place, and any intro to a member is strategist-mediated and consent-based.

Coach Partners offer Marqee's managed search to their own clients, co-branded as "Powered by Marqee," not an invisible white-label. You keep the coaching relationship, we run the search, and you earn a recurring share with a dedicated client dashboard.
Contributors are credentialed career experts — ex-recruiters, coaches, HR and talent leaders, hiring managers — who write bylined articles for the Marqee blog. Comp is performance-only: you earn a recurring 25% for six months when a reader of your article converts to a paid member, with a 60-day attribution window. There's no per-article fee. The upfront value is an author profile page with a dofollow backlink to your site, your byline and personal brand, a contributor badge, a leaderboard spot, co-marketing, and free or discounted Marqee. Anyone may apply, and every piece goes through human editorial review before it publishes.
