Observers & partners

Watch the community without disrupting it.

The observer tier for HR pros, Reg CF investors, advisors, and partner employers. Read-only access, monthly pulse reports, quarterly deep-dive sessions, private investor channel, speaker rights for advisors, and vetted-candidate access for partner-tier employers.

In short

Some people belong in the community. Some people belong near the community. The observer tier is for the second group — and it's designed so their presence adds signal, not noise.

Marqee's core community is for people running a career move: strategists, recruiters, hiring managers, and job seekers. But there's a second group whose presence matters — HR pros keeping the pulse, Reg CF investors watching their investment, advisors closing the loop between market and product, and partner-tier employers with real hiring needs. Observers get read-only access, monthly written pulse reports, and quarterly deep-dive sessions. Advisors, investors, and partner employers each unlock additional rights on top of that base.

Four tiers

How partnership stacks.

A single observer base — everyone gets read-only access, reactions, and the monthly pulse. Then three additional tiers layer on top with tier-specific rights.

Base tier

Observer

HR pros, career-industry professionals, and anyone with a professional interest in watching the market signal without operating inside it.

  • Read-only across every public vertical channel
  • Reaction rights (thumbs-up, insightful, resource)
  • Monthly community pulse report by email
  • No posting, no DMs, no recruiting inside community
Advisor tier

Advisor

Marqee advisors, senior industry practitioners, and board-adjacent contributors. Observation is secondary — the primary benefit is voice.

  • Everything in the observer tier
  • Speaker rights across vertical servers
  • AMA invitations — 2 per year, guaranteed slot
  • Advisory-council-adjacent slot in executive tier when relevant
Investor tier

Investor

Reg CF investors from Marqee's community round and other equity holders. A communication channel, not a securities offering — see the note below.

  • Everything in the observer tier
  • Private #investors channel with Marqee leadership
  • Quarterly operating deep-dives
  • Early preview of community features
Employer tier

Partner employer

Vetted employers with real, active hiring needs across at least one Marqee vertical. Not a public tier — invitation and vetting required.

  • Everything in the observer tier
  • Vetted-candidate pipeline, brokered by a strategist
  • Quarterly hiring-manager AMA slots
  • Priority employer-showcase Fridays
The rights matrix

What each tier can and can't do.

The observer tier is defined by what's not on the table as much as what is. Every observer signs a code-of-conduct addendum that pins the read-only boundary in writing.

The monthly pulse

One report, first Monday of every month.

The community pulse is the observer tier's signature benefit. A written report from Marqee's Head of Community summarizing what the market is saying to itself — before it hits LinkedIn.

Community pulse · Monthly report

Ten pages of written signal from the ten vertical servers. What hiring managers are quietly saying about the market. What candidates are complaining about. Which comp bands moved. Which employer showed up and how it landed. Anomalies flagged, links back to the source threads, and a "what to watch next month" close.

Delivered by email on the first Monday of every month. Observers get every issue; members can opt in. The archive back to Issue 001 is available on request.

Hiring signal Comp benchmarks Vertical moves Employer showcases Anomalies Watchlist
Quarterly deep-dives

Four sessions a year, one topic each.

Ninety minutes on Zoom, one member of Marqee leadership on the call, a written pre-read, and a live Q&A. Observer-tier and above.

Q1 · Feb
State of the vertical.
One vertical picked by observer vote. What's moving in that market — hiring bands, comp shifts, employer behavior, and where Marqee is placing volume this quarter. Head of Community + the vertical's lead strategist on the call.
Q2 · May
Concierge outcomes.
The past two quarters of Marqee concierge outcomes: placement volume by vertical, time-to-offer distribution, employer breakdown, and the anonymized story of two specific searches. Head of Concierge + the placing strategists.
Q3 · Aug
Community health.
Server-by-server pulse, moderation actions, code-of-conduct enforcement, and the state of the alumni tier. What's working, what's changing, what we're removing next quarter. Head of Community.
Q4 · Nov
Roadmap preview.
The next twelve months of Marqee community and concierge product roadmap, previewed with observers before members. Investor-tier attendees stay on for a private thirty-minute Q&A with the CEO.
Investor tier
Reg CF investors · Private #investors channel

A communication channel, not an offering document.

The investor tier gives Marqee's community-round investors and other equity holders a private channel with leadership, quarterly operating deep-dives, and early previews of what we ship next. Nothing on this page or in the tier constitutes an offer to sell securities. Terms of any securities offering are only in the offering circular filed under Regulation Crowdfunding on the FINRA-registered portal, and this tier does not modify, extend, or replace any of those terms.

The private channel

A #investors channel inside the Marqee workspace with Marqee leadership, the Head of Community, and the CEO. Async questions, quarterly updates, and the same numbers members of the board see, minus anything under NDA.

Quarterly deep-dives

Every quarter's operating deep-dive plus a private thirty-minute Q&A with the CEO. Recorded for investors; not posted publicly.

Early feature preview

New community features and concierge product releases previewed to investor-tier one week before public launch. Feedback goes into the shipping decision.

Reg CF disclosure — Nothing on this page is an offer to sell securities. The community-round offering, if any, is a testing-the-waters activity and is described in full only in materials filed with the SEC via a FINRA-registered funding portal. Please consult those materials, or Marqee legal counsel, before making any investment decision. Investing in early-stage companies involves risk of total loss.

Advisor tier · Speaker rights

What advisors actually do inside the community.

Advisors aren't observers with better badges. The advisor tier gives its holders the mic — access to the same weekly programming Marqee's alumni get, on a schedule the advisor sets.

Benefit 01

AMA slots (2 per year)

Two guaranteed AMA slots per year across any vertical server. Advisor picks the vertical, the topic, and the calendar; Marqee's Head of Community handles logistics, promotion, and the follow-up thread. Recorded and posted with attribution.

Benefit 02

Hiring-manager Tuesdays

Advisors can take the Tuesday hiring-manager slot when they have a real open role or a real interview loop to unpack. Two slots a quarter, verified against employer records, no promotional filler allowed.

Benefit 03

Executive-tier advisory slot

When the topic fits, advisors can take a slot in the quarterly executive-tier advisory session. Invited by member vote; the Head of Community brokers scheduling and pre-reads.

Employer tier

Vetted-candidate access, brokered — not sprayed.

Partner-tier employer is not a self-serve upgrade. It's a curated relationship with a strategist as broker, and it's built to protect the community from the failure mode of open recruiter access — noise, cold DMs, and burned trust.

Benefit 01

Vetted-candidate pipeline

A curated pipeline of Marqee-placed and community-verified candidates for your open roles, brokered by a Marqee senior strategist. You describe the role in writing; the strategist surfaces three to five candidates who've opted in; you interview through the standard loop.

Benefit 02

Quarterly hiring-manager AMA

One AMA per quarter in the relevant vertical server, run by the actual hiring manager on your team — not a talent brand marketer. Rules: real role, real Q&A, no product pitching, no filler. Recorded and posted with attribution.

Benefit 03

Priority employer showcase

First shot at the Friday employer-showcase slot in the vertical server you hire from. One company per week; partner-tier employers get calendar priority over open-application employers, and pre-vetting is expedited.

Partner-tier employer is invitation-only. Fee structure is disclosed at the point of invitation; no employer is ever charged for community observation itself.

FAQ

Observer and partner tiers, answered.

An observer is a non-member category with read-only community access. They can read every public vertical channel, react to posts (thumbs-up, insightful, resource), and receive Marqee's community pulse reports every month. Observers cannot post in public channels, cannot DM members, and cannot recruit inside the community. To do any of those, they need to move to a higher tier — advisor, investor, or partner employer — each of which unlocks specific rights.

Three groups. First, HR pros and career-industry professionals — recruiters, TA leaders, coaches, researchers — who want to watch the market signal without operating inside it. Second, Reg CF investors in Marqee's community round who want structured visibility into what they invested in. Third, advisors, board members, and partner-tier employers who need context on the community without having the standing rights of a member.

A monthly written report from Marqee's Head of Community. Ten pages of what the market is quietly saying about itself — hiring signal, comp benchmarks, vertical moves, employer showcases that landed or didn't, and anomalies. Delivered on the first Monday of every month, with links back to the source threads. Observers get every issue; members can opt in; investors get every issue plus the quarterly operating deep-dive.

Reg CF investors and other equity holders get the base observer tier plus a private #investors channel with Marqee leadership, the four quarterly operating deep-dives, a private thirty-minute Q&A with the CEO at year-end, and early previews of community launches. The investor tier is a communication channel — nothing on this page or in the channel is an offer to sell securities, and the tier does not modify any offering-document terms.

Partner-tier employers get vetted-candidate access — a curated pipeline of Marqee-placed and community-verified candidates for their open roles, brokered by a Marqee senior strategist. They also get quarterly hiring-manager AMA slots in the relevant vertical server and priority employer-showcase Fridays. Partner-tier employer is invitation-only; the fee structure is disclosed at the point of invitation.

Yes. Advisor is the only observer-adjacent tier that unlocks voice inside the community. Advisors get two guaranteed AMA slots per year (any vertical, any topic), two Tuesday hiring-manager slots a quarter (only when they have a real open role or interview loop to unpack), and executive-tier advisory-session slots when the topic fits. Marqee's Head of Community handles scheduling, promotion, and the follow-up thread.

Two ways. First, observer status has a written code-of-conduct addendum that pins the read-only boundary — reactions are welcome, DMs are not, and posting outside the roles channel is a same-day pull of the observer badge. Second, the pulse report and the deep-dive sessions give observers a real ritual that isn't lurking. Watching the community is a legitimate posture; hiding inside it is not.

Yes. Observers who become Marqee advisors or partner-tier employers upgrade to the corresponding tier. Investors who exit their position remain observers by default. Members of the community are never observers — the observer badge is specifically for people who aren't operating inside a career move, and it swaps out cleanly if they later become a paying member or an alumnus.

Near the community,
by design.

Observer, advisor, investor, or partner employer — pick the right relationship and Marqee's Head of Community will onboard you personally.
