No. Applying and joining are free on every track, including recruiters. Recruiters never pay to post roles or to reach members — money only ever flows on the member side.
Commission triggers on a referred member's first paid week — never on the free 48-hour trial signup. It's a recurring 25% for six months, with a 30-day payout window and clawback if the member cancels or refunds in-window.
Payouts run monthly through Stripe Connect once you clear a $25 minimum. You complete a W-9 (US) or W-8BEN (non-US), and we issue a 1099-NEC if you earn more than $600 in a year. You e-sign the actual form inside Stripe during onboarding.
Start with the track that best fits how you reach people. After approval, your partner manager can help you add a second track if it makes sense — for example, a Coach Partner who also creates templates.
