Marqee pairs you with a Career Concierge — a real strategist finds roles, tailors your materials, runs recruiter outreach and referral discovery, and submits applications on your behalf. Below are clear answers to the most common questions about how that service is priced and billed. Tap any question to expand it.
Marqee plans are billed weekly — not monthly or annually. When you start a paid plan, your card is charged once for that week, then automatically on the same weekday each following week until you pause or cancel.
There's no setup fee, no contract, and no minimum number of weeks. You only pay for the weeks you want your strategist actively running your search. Weekly billing keeps each charge small and lets you stop the moment you start interviewing.
See the full breakdown on the pricing page.
There are three weekly plans, each with a real, named strategist running your search:
Want to try before paying? The free 48-hour trial needs no card and includes up to 3 submissions.
All three tiers include a dedicated human strategist, tailored materials, and approval-based Assisted mode — nothing sends until you say so. What changes between them is volume and depth:
Compare them side by side on the pricing page, or read how Assisted and done-for-you differ in working on your behalf.
Yes. All Marqee prices — $29, $49 and $99 per week — are in US dollars (USD).
If you pay with a card issued in another currency, your bank converts the USD charge at its own exchange rate and may add a foreign-transaction fee. That fee comes from your bank, not from Marqee, so the exact amount in your local currency can vary slightly week to week.
The 48-hour trial is genuinely free: no card required and up to 3 real submissions, so you can watch a strategist actually work before paying anything.
Because we never take a card to start the trial, nothing converts automatically. When the 48 hours end, you simply choose a weekly plan if you'd like to continue — pick Basic, Pro or Executive, add a card, and your first weekly charge begins your paid plan.

No. The trial requires no card, so there's no payment method on file to charge — you will never be billed by surprise when it ends.
To continue after the trial, you actively choose a plan and enter payment details. If you take no action, your trial simply ends and you owe nothing. This is part of our you're-in-control promise: money only moves when you decide it should.

Yes. If you land interviews, go on vacation, or just need a break, you can pause weekly billing from your account.
While paused you aren't charged and active outreach is held — but your profile, history, and strategist relationship are preserved, so you can resume right where you left off with no re-onboarding.
You can cancel anytime, in a couple of clicks, directly from your account. No contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation fee.
Because billing is weekly, cancelling simply stops the next weekly charge. You keep access through the end of the week you've already paid for, then your plan ends. Your data remains yours throughout — your data stays yours.
Weekly billing is designed so you rarely need one. The free trial lets you try before paying, and you can cancel before the next charge — so you're never locked into a large upfront amount.
If something genuinely went wrong with a week of service, contact our team and we'll make it right. Because charges are small and weekly rather than large and annual, resolving any billing issue is quick and straightforward.
Go to the billing section of your account to add or replace your card. Changes apply to your next weekly charge.
Payment is handled by a PCI-compliant processor, and your full card details are never stored on Marqee's own servers — keeping your financial data secure and yours.
Every weekly charge generates a receipt that's emailed to you and saved in the billing section of your account, where you can view and download past invoices anytime.
Receipts itemize the plan and the week covered — useful if you're tracking your job search as a deductible expense. (Confirm deductibility with a tax professional.)
