We read every nomination personally. If your nominee is a fit, we'll reach out to them within 3 weeks. We don't send a confirmation to nominators unless we're moving forward.

How we handle nominations.

Every nomination is read.

By a real person on our team. Not a form-filter, not a spam-classifier. Real time, real judgment.

We evaluate against current seat priorities.

The board is small on purpose. If a nominee is exceptional but we don't have a seat that fits their expertise, we hold their name for the next cohort.

If they're a fit, we reach out to them directly.

Warm intros are welcome but not required. We mention who nominated them unless you've asked us not to.

No follow-up for pass-nominations.

We don't send "thanks but no" emails. It's not that your nomination didn't matter — it's that the discipline of holding to a small, curated board would erode if we had to explain every non-fit. If we don't come back to you, assume we passed for this cohort.
