A human reviews opted-in members who fit and are genuinely interested — never a scraped pool.

The member decides

The member sees who you are and accepts — or declines, no questions asked.

Warm intro made

You meet a prepped, vetted, interested candidate. The member keeps their concierge.

Recruiters never pay. Posting roles and receiving intros is free. Marqee's revenue stays member-side — that's what keeps the candidate the client, not the product.
