How a clawback works. Commission triggers on a member's first paid week — never the free 48-hour trial. If that member cancels or is refunded within 30 days, the commission already advanced to you is reversed and deducted from your next payout. After the window closes the commission is locked and can no longer be clawed back. You can contest any clawback within 14 days of the event.
